Leach Trailers LLP warrants that it’s truck bodies will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1(one) year from the date of shipment. Buyer’s remedy for defective products shall be limited to repair, replacement or credit at Leach Trailers LLP option. Warranty claims must be returned to Leach Trailers LLP. This warranty does not apply to truck bodies, which have been misused or have been subject to improper application, damage, or repair. Warranty claims for items, which upon inspection are found to be due to misuse, improper application, damage, repair or lack of maintenance rather than defective manufacture will not be honored. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LEACH TRAILERS LLP OBLIGATION THEREUNDER INCLUDE LABOR CHARGES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
